(L.A.) John Dianna IV, 61, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Dianna IV.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP JOHN DIANNA IV (May 28, 1963 – February 28, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:31 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early May, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
