(L.A.) Kaylin Cleveland, 37, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kaylin Cleveland.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Morphine, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

RIP KAYLIN CLEVELAND (March 28, 1987 – February 13, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
