Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathan Powell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Schizoaffective Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Substance Abuse, Depression, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Suicide Ideations, Monocytosis, Alcohol Abuse, Nicotine and Hypertension
