Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ismael De Jesus Lazo.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Methamphetamine and Fentanyl
