Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Emmett Johnson Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Cocaine; History of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, End-Stage Renal Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, and Chronic Tobacco Use
