(L.A.) Alex Philpott, 56, Died in an RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male who was found lifeless inside a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alex Philpott.

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP ALEX PHILPOTT (February 18, 1968 – January 4, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:58 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
