(L.A.) Jared Green, 58, Died at a Bus Stop

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a bus stop.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jared Green.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
