The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Yvette Tell.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Schizoaffective Disorder, Polysubstance Abuse, Asthma, and Hypertension
