RIP LEO ALPHARD DOTE (December 25, 1972 – January 15, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:45 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that the government investigator spelled the decedent’s first names without a space — Leoalphard instead of Leo Alphard.

The decedent appears to have been of Filipino descent (from the Philippies).
