Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Hispanic female that occurred at a hospital for women and children.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant girl as Decifer Tellez Azpeitia.

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Neonatal Encephalopathy

Cause of Death C: Premature Delivery

Cause of Death D: Maternal Placental Abruption

Other Significant Conditions: Probable Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine
