The decedent was a crew member of the CBS drama SWAT, serving as a rigger and production lamp operator. He may have been IATSE.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
