Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Acuna.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Heroin, Ketamine Toxicity `

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, podrug overdose.
