(L.A.) Kenneth Noble, 43, Died at an Encampment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an encampment.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Kenneth Noble.

Height: 5 feet 6 inches / Weight: 150 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:45 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early May, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent was arrested by LAPD’s Harbor division in May 10, 2024, for a misdemeanor crime.
