(L.A.) Zachary Kingrey, 23, Died From Fentanyl Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Zachary Kingrey.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP ZACHARY KINGREY (June 1, 2001 – January 1, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
