(L.A.) Darren Christner, 53, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Darren Christner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP DARREN CHRISTNER (August 23, 1971 – December 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
