Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kyle Dexter.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:54 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
