(L.A.) Oliver O’Brien, 2, Died at a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a two-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the boy as Oliver Obrien of Crestline.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head

RIP OLIVER O’BRIEN (August 22, 2022 – December 2, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:50 p.m.

The child was accidentally shot by his seven-year-old brother in a parking lot at 8250 Day Creek Boulevard in at around 3:50 p.m.

Apparently, the two boys were inside a truck when the older child found the firearm in the glovebox.
