(L.A.) Alejandro Morales, 26, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Alejandro Morales.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Phencyclidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:58 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Alejandro Morales” in public records.
