Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a business.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chandlar Dugger. Born in Oklahoma.

Cause of Death: Effects of Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Hydroxyzine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:50 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
