The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as Thrax Cruz.

Cause of Death: Sudden Unexpected Infant Death

Other Significant Conditions: Sharing a Sleep Surface with an Adult, Positive Nasopharyngeal Swab for Haemophilus influenzae and Rhinovirus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:14 p.m.

The child was about seven weeks old.
