(L.A.) Myron Peterson, 55, Died From Fentanyl Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Myron Peterson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and Medical History of Dyspnea, Hypertension, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Tobacco Use, and Substance Abuse

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
