The coroner’s office has identified the man as Matthew Hensley.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Hansen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Hypertension
