The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Johnson Jr.

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Cardiogenic Shock

Cause of Death C: Systolic Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death D: Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Liver Cirrhosis, Hepatitis C, Blunt-Force Trauma
