The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Pearl Cheathem.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Left Hip Fracture

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:55 p.m.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s surname as Cheatham.
