The coroner’s office has identified the man as Barry Levenson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Injuries

Cause of Death B: Fall

Other Significant Conditions: History of Parkinson’s Disease and Hypertension
