(L.A.) Dylan O’Neilin, 27, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Dylan O’Neilin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fluoxetine, Methadone, and Methamphetamine

RIP DYLAN O’NEILIN (September 12, 1996 – September 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:32 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Fluoxetine, sold under the brand name Prozac, among others, is an antidepressant.
