(L.A.) Thomas Livingston, 62, Died From Meth

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Livingston.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

RIP THOMAS LIVINGSTON (April 19, 1962 – September 8, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:22 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-December, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
