Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Christina Smith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:13 p.m.

The decedent was found inside a vehicle, then taken to Olive View-UCLA Medical Center in Sylmar.
