The coroner’s office has identified the man as Leon Lo.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Ketamine, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:33 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
