(L.A.) Rudy Garcia Jr., 45, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rudy Garcia Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

RIP RUDY GARCIA JR. (August 22, 1978 – August 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:11 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
