(L.A.) Sean Isom, 46, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Sean Isom.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP SEAN ISOM (March 28, 1978 – July 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
