Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Gibson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Effects of Fentanyl
