(L.A.) Raul Rodriguez, 64, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Raul Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Hepatic Cirrhosis

Cause of Death B: Hepatitis C Infection

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension and Effects of Cocaine and Methamphetamine

RIP RAUL RODRIGUEZ (February 27, 1960 – June 27, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 2:58 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
