Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred at an open parking area.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Perez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine (Clinical)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:13 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
