(L.A.) Stephen Castaneda, 64, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Stephen Castaneda.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Perforated Duodenal Ulcer

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Methamphetamine, History of Gastric Carcinoma
