Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Seemayer.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Amphetamine (Clinical)

Other Significant Condition: History of Hypertension

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:11 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 24.
