Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Irma Cade.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP IRMA CADE (April 19, 1977 – June 9, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:15 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 28.
