The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Muhammad.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Drug Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension and Diabetes

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:19 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late December.

This is classified as an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
