Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a friend’s home.

The coroner’s office identified the man as James Perry.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:21 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
