(L.A.) Tracy Bergener, 53, Died in Transitional Housing

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 53-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in transitional housing.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tracy Bergener.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:33 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
