Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Leonel Navarro Ramirez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
