Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Amelia Greenberg.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:38 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
