Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joshua Baker.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:17 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
