(L.A.) Thomas Adler, 57, Died From Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Adler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension

RIP THOMAS ADLER (January 31, 1967 – May 23, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
