(L.A.) Frankiln White, 37, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Frankiln White.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Phencyclidine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:00 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
Notice that the government investigator spelled the decedent’s name as Frankiln and not Franklin.
