Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oleg Kushner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Heroin and Fentanyl

RIP OLEG KUSHNER (November 10, 1977 – May 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:45 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
