(L.A.) Randy Gallegos, 36, Died at an Auto Repair Shop

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Latino male that occurred at an auto repair shop.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Randy Gallegos.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Ethanol and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:52 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.
