Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sandra Silver.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 7:00 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the coke.
