RIP JUAN PABLO GUERRERO ALCALA (November 28, 1990 – April 30, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:02 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

Difluoroethane toxicity from inhalant abuse, particularly “huffing,” can cause rapid death through central nervous system and cardiovascular effects. Huffing, which refers to the intentional inhalation of chemical vapors to get high, is an especially dangerous method of abusing difluoroethane.
