Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Arsen Abrahamian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Heroin, Fentanyl and Amphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: End-Stage Chronic Kidney Disease, on Hemodialysis, Hypertension and Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease
